We have implemented a number of recent changes to how we operate our National Control Centre in order to improve the services offered to our customers:
- Qualified engineers form an integral part of the Control Centre team to ensure fast response and where possible remote rectification of your problems. Thus reducing your down time and improving our Service Level Agreement timescales
- All field based engineers connected directly into the new Control Centre Software via PDA resulting in full access to all relevant information regarding your installation and seamless notification processes
- All Field engineers provided with Laptop 3G connectivity directly into the System
- All laptops have encrypted drives, secure log-on and restricted data copy facilities in order to protect your system data
- Network Management Systems in place in order to monitor alarms and remotely clear/fix faults on all systems offered
