- All staff are correctly trained in Health & Safety awareness
- We operate a full development scheme from Apprentice – Junior Engineer – Engineer to Senior Engineer status. Based on experience and qualifications gained via manufacturer training certification
- Encourage staff to develop by utilising qualification based salary scale increments.
- Although experienced in project management, we are striving to achieve Prince2.
- Strategic partnerships provide us with direct access to specific system training schemes, These schemes are exam and final qualification based and key to our partnership status. So you can guarantee that if we provide you with a system, we are trained to install, configure and maintain it.
On-site training for all of our customers
Microcare provide on-site customer training for all the system we supply and install. We ensure that your staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate your new systems and make non-critical changes to such items as announcement messages, configuring mailboxes or diverting calls.
Through a combined approach of practical and task specific exercises, Microcare will deliver and impart knowledge to you in a logical and helpful manner, actively encouraging and allowing your employees to gain an early sense of confidence and ability in your new system.
