We’ve made switching to Microcare Business Broadband easy. From when we receive your order, it will take around 15 days for us to transfer your broadband service. We’ll take care of everything for you - including contacting your old broadband supplier - so you won't need to do a thing.
We will confirm the exact day of your switchover, where you will experience a short period of downtime: this could be up to 20 minutes for making calls and up to 4 hours for receiving calls and using broadband.
