AVAYA Voice Mail
Voicemail Pro is a licensed version of voicemail for IP Office. It builds on Voicemail Lite in a number of ways:
- Support for more than 2 simultaneous voicemail users.
- By default each user and hunt group still receives the standard voicemail feature. However voicemail behavior can be individually customized.
- Customization can also be applied to the defaults for all users and hunt groups and to access via custom short codes.
- The maximum record able length of messages can be changed from the fixed 60 second limit of Voicemail Lite.
- Automatic call recording (Voice Recording) for selected Users, Hunt Groups and CLI's allows the automatic recording of calls. This is setup through the Manager application.
- Campaigns allow a sequence of messages to be played to a caller and the caller's response to those questions (spoken and/or telephone key presses) are recorded. The sets of response can then be accessed and action by call agents.
- Integrated Messaging System (IMS) adds sophisticated voicemail to email integration.

FLEXIBLE PBX INTEGRATION
The systems can interface with most PBX systems that have a single-line telephone port capable of transmitting DTMF signals. The units have an RS-232C interface for PC connection used for programming, showing reports, usage etc. and system maintenance.
HOLIDAY SETTING CAPABILITY
The systems can be programmed to handle calls differently (e.g. auto-attendant vs. voice mail) on official holidays, thereby providing suitable help to callers who call in during off peak periods or holidays.
AUTOMATIC FAX TRANSFER
When a port receives a fax call the systems will automatically send the call to the designated fax extension -this eliminates the need to have a dedicated line for your fax.
ENHANCED INTEGRATION WITH THE PANASONIC KX-TD AND KX-TDA DIGITAL HYBRID TELEPHONE SYSTEM RANGE
When integrating the KX-TVP200E Voice Processing System to the range of KX-TD and KX-TDA digital hybrid telephone systems there are a number of enhanced facilities available. These combined with the standard system features help improve call and message handling.
AUTO CONFIGURATION
In addition to the Quick Set-up feature, you don't have to type the extension number for each mailbox. The KX-TD and KX-TDA will automatically forward all extension information to the voice mail, making installation a very simple procedure.
INTERCOM PAGING
This facility allows the voice processing system to make a paging announcement through the proprietary telephones to alert an extension user that there is a call for them (if programmed).
