Carl started at Microcare as a customer service advisor, the first opportunity that came in the Telecoms sector and has never looked back. He has worked in all departments over the last 12 years, from customer service, engineering, sales, corporate sales and management.
This in-depth knowledge, passion and drive runs through the business and ensures that Microcare remains focussed as a proactive solutions provider. With an enviable client base including Babcock DynCorp, Manchester City Council, NHS, PH Jones and The Ministry of Defence, Carl has been involved in the acquisition and development of some significant pieces of business for Microcare. As a result of this, in 2008 he became the Managing Director.
Microcare's key strengths have always been in Telecoms and IT solutions, but over the last 5 years it has expanded its service portfolio by working closely with its business partners and are now able to offer customers a 'one stop' solution for Network Services, Cabling Infrastructure, Security and Fire Systems too.
Growing the business is a key focus for Carl. However, he is also keen to make sure that Microcare can continue to offer solutions to all sizes of business, and that they constantly demonstrate the stringent quality management and process documentation systems they have. These processes are integral to Microcare's business and have resulted in ISO 9001 and SafeContractor accreditation.
He believes the business success comes from hard work, a deep understanding of the products and services offered and delivery.
That way Microcare offer solutions that are right for customers now and for the future.
